International Student Orientation Schedule of Events
Our full Winter Term International Student Orientation schedule will be available shortly. Please check your email for updates and information.
Our hybrid orientation program will include virtual information sessions as well as exciting in-person social events to help you meet new friends and feel at home at Western.
Please plan to visit our Welcome Centre during your first week to connect with fellow new students and get support with your transition to Western. The Welcome Centre will be open on January 4, 6, 7, 8, 9 and 10 between 10 a.m. - 1 p.m.
Meet with an International Student Advisor
As a new student, you are encouraged to connect with an advisor during your first month at Western to get personalized advice and learn more about how they can support you throughout your time here.
Drop-in appointments are available January 3 - 31 from 1 - 4 pm at Western International (2nd Floor, International and Graduate Affairs Building).
