As a member of the Western community, you have the opportunity to connect with people from all over the world - celebrating similarities as well as differences, learning from each other, sharing experiences, and building meaningful relationships along the way. Cross-cultural friendships have the capacity to expand our horizons and deepen our understanding of ourselves, of others, and of the world - so it’s time to share our stories!
All students, alumni, faculty, and staff are invited to participate in our #GlobalWesternU Photo Contest for a chance to share your friendship story and win an amazing prize pack for two.
How to enter:
Snap a photo of you and a friend and submit it along with a 150-300 word description of how you met, your cultural backgrounds, and what you appreciate most about your friendship or what you’ve learned from each other since meeting at Western.
Submit your story and photo to iesc@uwo.ca by April 10, 2020, for your chance to win!
The winners will be notified via email.
